I really don't get it, those leg kicks were very important to his long run as champion. He left behind a long trail of defeated opponents all lamenting how his devastating leg kicks crippled their mobility, and then he suddenly decided he didn't need them anymore.
On a lighter note, I found this hilarious reply on another board to someone who was complaining that Conor would likely never cut to 145 to fight Holloway.

Hmm lets see. I'm conor mcgregor and whats my options:
1. Fight LeBron James in a 1v1 street ball style contest on 70 dollar PPV
2. Fight nobody in a "special multimedia event" featuring U2 and the sports illustrated swimsuit models on 70 dollar PPV
3. Fight GSP in a bizarre superfight after both Conor and GSP hold out for a bigger take, and get it
4. Cocaine
...
1003. Straight up commit suicide
1004. Cut down to 145 to fight Max "#Blessed" Holloway, an alleged UFC fighter.
