I've heard it called that before and totally forgot about it!! When we would have districts/state practices, we would practice with the other qualifiers from Burlington, Columbus Junction, New London, Mt. Pleasant, WACO and Wapello...Columbus referred to those as shark bait.

I wonder if it's a geographical thing... Their head coach wrestled in college at Central College in Pella.
