Why would it have a big effect?
Chris Ballard and Brett Veach didn't work for the Packers and look at what Dorsey trained them to do? One is now a GM and the other will probably be one next year. Ron Wolf's system has been established. That's why the Seahawks, Raiders and Chiefs have turned into some of the better young franchises in the league.
Dorsey still has most of his personnel staff, all of his scouts and coaching staff, and just hired another long time guy from GB who knows his system in and out.
As long as Dorsey is here we'all be fine
