That's a spurious comparsion. The products are not the same and are not consumed in the same way. The only significant inclusive aspect is that one paid money for a service or product. No one was deprived of a product without due compensation. Meaning the Broncos did not remove a reservation for tickets without giving the customer their money back. The idea that someone is entitled to season tickets that have not been paid for, or otherwise not renewed by the football team is hardly some injustice. The only injustice here is people scalping tickets while keeping fans that are waiting for season tickets for using said product at the market value established by the football team.
