Dayton always talks about the 40 game mark though, so I'm sure they aren't ready to sell yet. They could still go on a 7-3 stretch and reach the 40 game mark at 17-23. That's not awful. They could do that if they could show any hint of an offense. We're all waiting.
I'm sure they're like many of us though... there's just no way this group of players is going to score 450 runs.

Do you get the impression anybody in the organization cares enough to go on a 7-3 run? I'm not sure how you teach these guys to hit, or motivate them to learn/re-learn, but right now their issue is they simply suck at hitting and there's no 7-3 run if enough of them don't start to hit.
