As they say, the great coaches mold their schemes to let their players do what they do best. To try to change Pat completely would be crazy.
Green Bay isn't going to tell Rodgers that he has to stay in the pocket from now on, because that would be eliminating what he arguably does best. Same for Mahomes as far as his improvisation abilities and things of that nature.
When it is 2PM's time, it's going to be his offense. Make reads, execute, and if things break down, do what you do and make shit happen back there.
