That pitch was almost certainly the worst pitch that anybody has ever made. Seriously, it was a middle/middle slow curve that didn't break at all. You could underhand a ball up there and it would be harder to hit out than that pitch.
Pedro Borbon never threw a pitch that bad. Jonathan Broxton has never thrown a pitch that bad. Guys don't get easier pitches to hit out in HR derby's than Matt Carpenter just got.
And thank God for it because he just stared at 2 pitches right down the shitter that he could've also driven to the OF to get that run in. That dude needs to !@#$ing swing more - not everybody is going to do him the charity of throwing it at his bat.
