Mike's shooting ability (and overall plan) seems a little too good to be true.
A big city beat cop, able to shoot a 2" square baggie of drugs through a shoe at easily 400+ yards is fantastic enough, but then expecting to drizzle it onto a vehicle so that drug dogs miles away will signal on it?
Seems like an awful lot of potential for mistakes.
