wRC+ is at a perfect 100 league average currently for all batters in the league who have > 29 PA's
[For example, if a player has a wRC+ of 115, he is 15% above league-average and vice-versa if it is below 100.]

Taking that into account and searching for only batters who have > 29 PA's, the Royals are currently tied for 26th in the league with the White Sox, Rangers, and Cardinals with a total of 3 batters with above-average run production. The only team with 2 players above league-average wRC+ is the Padres.

On the contrary, we are tied for first for amount of players whose run production is greater than 25% below league-average. So not only are we bad... we are really bad. In fact, we do bad good. We are good at bad.
