Yeah, that uh... Yeah I agree actually.

The difference is that Mike McCarthy spent six years as an offensive coordinator, first in New Orleans and then, in SF, before being hired to lead the Packers.

Joseph has exactly one year as a coordinator and not a very pretty one at that.
