This is a very odd choice.

Joseph's defenses were nothing special. The rumor mill is also saying the Joseph will hire Mike McCoy as their offensive coordinator.

If McCoy couldn't beat the Chiefs with Phillip Rivers, how is he going to beat them with Trevor Siemian or Paxton Lynch?
