Okay, I asked this earlier and was asked for a pic and I finally got around to posting this pic. Srvy asked me to post it.
I received a bag with three sealed bags in it. I was told the whole bag was venison. But the third sealed bag, was the color of veal and was small round pieces. I threw it out as I had it in the fridge thawed out for too long, but never planned to cook it as I didn't know what it was.
So what is it? Another kind of game meat?
