It's very possible that this guy killed McKnight in cold blood, and it was not self defense. But how do media outlets get to use headlines such as "McKnight MURDERED in road rage incident"
Murder is defined as: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.
In fact, even if it is a road rage incident, it still might not be murder, it might be manslaughter.
Use the word: Killed. You shouldn't be able to use murder until after someone is charged. And if you do, you should be at risk for defamation charges.
