Fisher loses leverage with his guy just under 2 seconds. You have to maintain your block for a minimum of 3 seconds. If fisher maintains leverage for another second, I believe Smith does hit that underneath route and then we are all here arguing about Smith not taking a chance down field on 3rd down to give his team a chance at extending the drive instead of settling for field goals.
