They may also parcel out content like the NFL. Maybe one big contract with most of the cards that a FOX or an ESPN may want to fill out their multiple channels, and a small special package of 4 or 5 cards a year where they put more priority on making good fights and guarantee ratings at or above X to attract a CBS or NBC that can't quite handle the enormous number of events they want to televise, but could be in for a few.
