Don't wait, pain hurts like hell as you get older, other issues develope quicker and gang up on your body like mine did in a very short time.

My knees both went through a period where the pain was horrendous , If I got down on to my knees and they touched the ground the pain was so bad I felt like actually screaming . Felt like broken glass shards all in my knee caps. Then all the sudden they went numb, I actually have no feeling in them but feel the bones popping and moving around when I walk.
