OJ actually did it.
And for some insane reason, black people viewed this as a great victory even though he was guilty, and even though he had long ago turned his back on the black community.
It makes no sense. The black community didn't "win". They didn't get anything that day, except a misplaced feeling of vindication because a murderer escaped justice due to the incompetence and stupidity of cops.
