You claim to know what real pain is and isn't, and that someone who achieves relief with cannabis doesn't have "real pain". You can't make that claim without experiencing someone else's pain. It's ignorant.
Furthermore, you have no scientific knowledge to support your inference. You don't know the mechanism of action of the drugs in question, nor can you speak to their efficacy.
