This official needs to shut-up and just do his job. He's like jabber-jaw with all the time he's wasting giving useless speeches.
And all the rules experts can say what they want, it hit his hand. I don't care that it not called 99.9% of the time, jabber-jaw is going to say that it hit his hand, so that's all that matters. Until it hits somebody's hand again, and he rules the other way. You can't beat the ref..
