Where exactly were they going to trade up for him though? If you wanted Treadwell, you'd have to get ahead of Houston, Minnesota and Washington. That would cost a ton to do. You aren't going to be able to trade with those three teams because they were going to draft a WR and trading down was going to mean that they lose out on all three.
