My opinion hasn't changed; only Glenn's death could incite Maggie to become a he badass warlord she becomes in the comics. There's nobody in the group who can take her place as a leader.

Of course you have to get past the stupid fantasy of her surviving this birth complication or what ever,that makes her look near dead.
