It's very likely racist, but that's because it's coming from Roidanowski, not because it's critical of Cam or used 'dog whistle' terminology.
If I had to make a definitive guess, DumBill was probably 75% inspired by hating anything not Donkey, . . . and somewhere in the other 25% is not giving a shit it he sounded racist or not in the process of hating Cam's not-Donkeyness.
