Not that Madden 09 was a great franchise mode, but damn Madden has done a great job of making it worse over the years. Somehow the technology got better, and the tards at EA just said "**** it, let's ignore franchise. But yet, let's attempt to mask our shit efforts by combining franchise and player mode into one big bag of shit".
