I eat healthy meaning I eat a variety of fruits and vegetables and try to make more of them the richly colored ones. I eat meat but I try not to eat too much processed foods like white flour and rice. I use no food with transfats. I do, however, choose my poisons and limit them to occasions. But most any dish or snack you like can be made healthier. Quality ingredients matter.
Most of my food is fresh and not packaged. That stuff will give you lots of problems later in life and make you age faster and look older than you really are. If you fill up with lots of fruits and vegetables you'll have a lot less problems.
I also drink 70 ounces of spring water throughout the day as my main drink. I fast one day a week.
