This doesn't make much sense. Blow the whistle before the guy even arrives? Before the QB is even out of bounds? Does that ever really happen? Inadvertent stupid whistle is stupid, and inadvertent.

Another possibility is that Steratore was checking Brady for concussion after that walloping. After the Case Keenum situation blew up, that is entirely possible.
Taylor's hit on that play barely registered. Can't see why anyone would run over to check on him. I'm shocked he somehow hurt his shoulder on that.
