Floyd is not a one shot type fight who specializes in knocking someone out quickly. That gives Rousey more of a chance to grapple.

UFC fighters are glorified amateurs. They make dick. Their trainers make dick. The talent pool is ridiculously shallow because it's such a new league, and the best fighters in the world are boxers. This is 100x more true of women fighters. Rousey is getting paid via endorsements because she's hot and slutty and kicks the shit out of terrible, terrible competition.
The women she fights against are impossibly bad. They don't get world class training. World class trainers don't coach unknown women cage fighters. Rousey kicks the crap out of competition that makes the WNBA look like the English Premier League. Her only 'advantage' is that she can judo throw other women...but somehow that means she can cross gender lines and whip the greatest boxer in history.
