It's Rickon on the cross. The Umbers are going to turn him over, Ramsey will burn Rick/Osha, and all hell will break loose. Jon Stargaryen will massacre those ****s but due to Ramsey's plot armor, he kills Tormund.

One of the folks who posted that spoiler has stated that it is NOT Rickon. That being said though, I have a tough time believing that the Umbers are going to come in and fight for the Boltons.

What I think is going to happen with it, is Umbers come with a boy who is not actually Rickon, give him to the Boltons as a sign of fealty, but turn on them, absorbing the Manderly plot line from the books.
