Dick Grayson. They show his grave on the trailer so there goes any potential Nightwing/Batman II movie franchises. It's safe to say that Todd is also dead unless the fanfic about the Joker is true which.. I hope isn't.
Some people are like "well maybe he's 'dead' like he currently is in the comics!!" but they're just grasping at straws. Huge mistake by DC if he really is dead.
