only time(s) I've been there were for the power hours on Fri or Sat night. It was always dead until 15 mins before power hour started, then filled up with frat looking guys.
I assumed the violence was because people were chugging as much alcohol as they could for 2 hours but I guess it gets more seedy on other nights.
