OK the train part is easy. It will just have to involve a group of people. The Nazi part could be that all participants must be wearing WW2 era fetish gear. Maybe steampunk sex toys with a goth influence. And then there will have to be a Fight Club/Vegas rule that everyone involved is barred from speaking about what happened. Secret Nazi Treasure Train.
