If they're not at least .500, you can certainly justify moving on.
If they have another disaster season, and Anderson is entering Year 3 looking to pick up his 20th win, it's hard to justify anything else.
EDIT: And this is why this hire was a really stupid ****ing idea from the beginning. To satisfy blue hair Norm homers, Missouri hired a low-upside guy with no D1 track record and a HUGE bust potential.
