Wow, how gracious of you over a difference in opinion. You're just making assertions about "hack nutritionists" with no basis in fact. I have used them and have a relative who is one with a Masters in it. I read quite a bit in the area.

I would encourage you to go to the St Louis research facility. You can heckle the **** out of the tour guide there and he might give you some perspective on the information you have been given.
