Unsurprisingly, my post flew past your head like a Randy Johnson fastball. The photo posted had nothing to do with the guy being white, but the South Park episode himself. Essentially, he plays the role of defending Native Americans from persecution while posing as a Native American himself. It's later found out that he's only 1/16th Indian, which is obviously evident.
