Go with ceramic. Heat rejection is more superior. I've owned cars with regular cheap tint and now ceramic. Pay extra for ceramic. Go dark as you're allowed. I went with 5% limo tint on back window and its awesome. 35% on side windows as that's as dark as my state allows.
I did windshield too although it's illegal. It's so light you can't tell.
