Down to 208.
Already noticing body composition changes. Gut is smaller, less pronounced and I even had to go get some new jeans. Pretty exciting wins for me.
Staying tight to my diet, though I'm going to adjust it a bit after doing some more research. The toughest part was letting go of all the impulse meals; now it's salads, chicken, no carbs outside of fruit and veggies. I'll be adding in more protein and potentially introducing grains... I just need to make sure it's not a slippery slope into carbville.
In any event, 180-184 is the desired range, by late June. At 208, if I lose 1 pound every 3-4 days, it can happen.
