I think they should make the trainer a State Trooper..it is how they do driving tests..a Trooper is right there and maybe a civilian or 2 but if a Trooper is on payroll already so that saves money..as far as people taking it goes I do believe more people would take the test if all it consisted of was a day or 2 of classes then a $10 charge to get the permit
I know it's not a perfect idea but I think it would work out better for everyone
