I would hope to find the following emotions in a job applicant:
enthusiasm, interest and passion for the work they are applying for as opposed to the emotion of apathy, boredom,
fear or an office passive aggressive ( someone hiding their hostility using a social cover-up tone; gossips and phonies etc.)
Nothing wrong with emotions. Just depends how they're channeled and expressed. This includes expressing displeasure with unethical behavior, non-compliance and/or poor quality work.
