You could and still play soccer.. just have to add a shit ton more calories. I dont even know how to estimate that many calories burned play soccer lol.
I'll probably end up eating my words, and end up around 190lbs when I'm done. I just get near 200 every time and decide I don't want to go any lower, but I was playing ball at the time so I don't really need the extra weight. What sucks is that I dont have the time to do the extra cardio/hiit that I want to. Kids eat up a lot of time!
