They already have 2-3 fake medical timeouts per game as it is... some offense is driving hard and boom, all of the sudden some DE goes down grimacing and grasping at something, the guys come out and look him over, help him to the sideline.
2 plays later the guy is magically healed and ready to roll again, happens all the time... why give them another reason to slow the game down?
