The league determined that the Raiders did something sketchy with regards to the franchise tag and McGlocton, and allowed teams to negotiate for the services of McGlockton, and awarded he Raiders a pick at the end of the first round when he signed with the Chiefs.
The Chiefs did not give up any draft compensation.
