You're right about Bowe.
It would push $11 from Smith to 2016. All guaranteed moneys not earned in 2015 would go to 2016 - that's 3 years of pro-rated signing bonus at 3.6 per; $10.8 million. Plus $4 million from Hali's voidable years.
And that's ALL assuming that the league would allow it and I don't believe it will. The money from a post June 1 cap casualty is not actually available to the team until June 1. The league would essentially have to approve the Chiefs riding with a cap way over the norm and if they were going to do that, they wouldn't make teams wait until June 1 to recapture the cap savings to begin with.
