The Big 12 has two big names in Texas and Oklahoma. Those two teams combined for 12 losses last year. They went 0-4 in their last four games and lost by a combined 99 points.
99 freaking points. How is that even possible?
A team that has won a total of 2 games in the past 3 seasons in the SEC absolutely humiliated Texas and their new (9th choice for a) head coach.
Who is going to play in a conference that's biggest game of the year is Baylor vs TCU?

Texas is dangling above the precipice of just being a middle of the pack team in the used-to-be-bigger-12.
They have won exactly one conference title in the last 10 years. They have finished the season unranked 4 of the last 5 years. A recruit who is a senior in high school this year would have been 11 or 12 when Colt McCoy's team lost to Alabama in the National Championship.
Heck, you still can't get the Longhorn network in Texas if you have Comcast.
Is Texas really still some juggernaut?
