The reason Beck has a team is because that shit is WORK.
Work that he now does not have to do as much of because he is rich and can pay people to it.
Work that Beyonce' NEVER had to do because she was/is just a performer.
Beck got rich because he is a musical genius who created some great music from scratch.
Beyonce got rich because because she had a perfect ass and was the hottest and most talented of destiny's child...a group of performers.
