I'm just not a fan of Kendricks rd 1 because I don't want to wait for a year or two to put him in the gym and get strong enough. He's gonna have to gain at least 10 lbs.
Why not just take Anthony who is perfect size, has the production and his only knock is experience in coverage (we do have a good coaching staff)?

You need to get that stupid ass idea out of your head that guys in good D1 programs aren't already involved in similar strength and conditioning programs that they see in the NFL
From the sound of your post I think you have no idea about a weight program on any level and likely would be stunned at what goes on even at the local high school level like Rockhurst or Blue Springs.
Now there will be some strength increases just from natural maturity as boys become men, but it has jack shit to do with going from UCLA to the Chiefs.
I'll be very interested to see at the free agent combine they want to implement how guys measurables stack up vs when they were in the combine coming out of college.
