By the way - this thread actually successfully made me hungry last night - it was late - like 2am - I called in two $1 cheeseburgers to the Waffle House - they'd sauteed onion - very decent burger for what it was.
I was quite satisfied - I never do that binge eating thing - but for whatever reason the Houston's steak and potato just did NOT stick w/ me. It's amazing how embedded fast food marketing is in our culture, and how well they know us. Even though 90% of the time McDonalds is pure shit - as a dinning option; they really know how to get you hungry. They've mastered that part of their marketing - hell all of the f.food places have. It's pathetic. there's no wonder we are an overweight society. LOL
