Had a great day today! I took the bike 50 miles today, with a total altitude climb of 2,400 feet. Took me just a shade under 4 hours. My legs and heart are good, it's just conditioning my rear for the long rides.
Weighed in at 267 today, a loss of 5 pounds from last week. Had been stuck around 271/272 for 3 weeks, just drank a lot of water and worked hard this week.
That's a total of 153 pounds down since 2/1/14, when I was at 420, and 42 pounds from my goal of 225.
