I may be able to curb my caffeine usage but it isn't necessary so I wouldn't even bother. Everyone that I know that drinks coffee or energy drinks on a daily basis gets headaches or can't make it through the day when they don't get their fix.. They're fiends.

If you can't make it through an hour workout without food, you do. It may be solved with better overall nutrition. But again, caffeine isn't just about energy. It's an ergogenic, too.
