Ryan is an excellent coaching hire for three reasons:
1. Their defense is loaded and should be even better under Ryan.
2. Players love to play for Rex. Buffalo as a destination for free agents just jumped big time.
3. The media loves Rex. Rex loves the media. His press conferences alone will make the Bills relevant on a national scale.
