Thanks for the info! I've had a Sears Kenmore seven burner stainless steel grill since 2003 and it's still awesome. I replaced the burners and heat shields last year about $100 and it's as good as new. It was somewhere around $1k on sale when I purchased it and worth every penny.
I kind of figured that my parents smoker fell apart due to the price point. The Kamando's look like a great option, so i'll look into those later this year. There's no use now because rainy season has begun (and it's actually
raining this year).
