That's 100% Bubbles. He sucks at recruiting and when he does luck into a good player like Foster, he buries him at every turn. Same thing he did with Demetri McCamey at Illinois.
Just wait until he openly pines for other teams' players during a postgame press conference. I see he already kinda did after the OSU loss, but wait until he buries his own team and verbally felates like 10 players from other teams. It will happen.
